Bella has a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults, recognising the unique challenges that can arise during these important stages of life. Whether navigating identity, relationships, study pressures, career transitions, mental health concerns, or increasing independence, she provides a supportive and empowering environment where clients can explore their experiences and develop confidence in themselves and their abilities.
Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based strategies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play-based interventions where appropriate. Bella focuses on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical coping skills while building on their existing strengths.
Known for her engaging, approachable, and down-to-earth style, Bella creates sessions that are both thoughtful and enjoyable. She has a talent for helping clients feel safe enough to discuss difficult topics while empowering them to make meaningful and lasting changes. Her goal is to support young people and young adults to better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and thrive in all areas of life.
