Abbey Whitton
Counsellor/Behaviour Support Practitioner
Abbey is one of those people who makes you feel comfortable within minutes. With a background in criminology and ongoing studies in psychology, she brings curiosity, compassion, and creativity into every session. She has a special interest in working with children and families, particularly within the neurodivergent community.

Abbey is known for her gentle, play-based approach and often incorporates art, movement, and imagination into her sessions. She believes in making therapy a safe and expressive space—especially for little ones who may struggle to communicate emotions through words alone. She’s also incredibly supportive of parents and carers, helping them feel empowered and included in their child’s journey.
