Sarah Del Bianco

Occupational Therapy Allied Health Assistant

Sarah is a vibrant, enthusiastic, and dedicated Allied Health Assistant currently completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, with graduation expected November this year. She is passionate about supporting both children and adults with neurodivergent presentations, complex mental health needs, and disabilities, helping them build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.


Known for her warm, playful, and engaging approach, Sarah quickly builds strong connections with clients and tailors her support to each individual's unique needs and goals. She is highly attuned to both physical and emotional wellbeing, ensuring her support is holistic, compassionate, and person-centred.


Sarah has experience assisting clients with daily living skills, community participation, assistive technology, housing and accommodation needs, and the implementation of therapeutic strategies. She is committed to empowering clients to develop practical skills, increase independence, and achieve outcomes that enhance their quality of life.

Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Areas of focus: Neurodiverse individuals, mental health, capacity building
Clients: NDIS, Medicare
