Tasha is a compassionate psychologist supporting children, adolescents, and families. She holds a Master of Professional Psychology and a Master of Research, with experience in ADHD, sleep support, CBT, and parent coaching. She focuses on building confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.

Alex brings a calm, grounded approach with over a decade of experience across disability, behaviour support, youth work, and family support. He supports clients with complex behaviours and is passionate about men’s mental health, helping build confidence, resilience, and independence.
