Tasha Winsor Okeefe

Provisional Psychologist

Tasha is a warm, compassionate psychologist who is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for her clients. She takes a gentle, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring her support to each individual's unique strengths, challenges, and goals.


Tasha holds a Master of Professional Psychology and a Master of Research, with a particular focus on parenting styles and neurodivergence. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families, and is passionate about helping clients build confidence, resilience, and practical strategies to navigate everyday challenges.


Her areas of expertise include supporting individuals with ADHD and other neurodevelopmental differences, sleep difficulties, emotional regulation, and behavioural concerns. Tasha draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), play therapy, positive psychology, and parent coaching and support. She is committed to helping clients and families develop meaningful skills that promote wellbeing, strengthen relationships, and foster long-term growth.

Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
